All Sales Are Final   Because this booklet is a digital product, all sales are final. Once the file has been delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or canceled. Digital goods are non‑returnable under U.S. and international consumer protection laws.

No Refunds For:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchase

• Misunderstanding of product content

• Inability to use the file due to device or software limitations

Exceptions (Case‑by‑Case Review):   Yali’s Learning Center may provide support in the following situations:

• File corruption

• Download errors

• Duplicate transactions

Intellectual Property Protection   All digital materials are protected under U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17). Unauthorized sharing, uploading, copying, distributing, or reproducing this product—whether in part or whole—is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Fraudulent Chargebacks   Initiating a false or fraudulent chargeback for a digital product constitutes theft of intellectual property. Yali’s Learning Center reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with payment processors and provide evidence of digital delivery.

Shipping Information Policy (Digital Products)

Digital Delivery Only   All booklets sold by Yali’s Learning Center are digital products. No physical shipping is required unless explicitly stated otherwise.

How Delivery Works (Wix System):   After payment is successfully processed:

• Customers see a download link immediately on the Thank You page.

• Customers also receive a confirmation email containing the download link.

• If payment is delayed (e.g., manual/offline payment), the download link is not released until the order is marked as Paid. Once marked, Wix automatically sends a second email with the link.

Download Link Availability:

• Download links remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their files within this timeframe.

• Yali’s Learning Center can resend the download link upon request within 30 days.

Customer Responsibility After Delivery:   Once the digital file has been delivered, the customer is responsible for:

• Downloading the file

• Saving a personal backup

• Ensuring device compatibility

• Maintaining access to the email used at checkout

Yali’s Learning Center is not responsible for lost files, deleted files, or inability to access the product after the 30‑day download window.

Delivery Issues:   If you do not receive your digital file within 15 minutes of purchase, please check:

• Spam/junk folder

• Email spelling at checkout

• Payment confirmation

Future Physical Products (If Released Later)

If printed booklets or physical materials become available in the future, a separate shipping policy will apply, including:

• Domestic & international shipping rates

• Estimated delivery times

• Lost/damaged package procedures

• Replacement eligibility

• Non‑returnable items

These details will be added once physical products are launched.

Intellectual Property & Anti‑Piracy Notice

All digital and physical materials produced by Yali’s Learning Center are protected under U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17) and international copyright treaties.

Strictly prohibited:

• Sharing files

• Uploading to any platform

• Screenshot distribution

• Copying or reproducing content

• Creating derivative works

• Redistributing in study groups, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or any online community

Violations may result in DMCA takedowns, account actions, and legal consequences.

⭐ Fraudulent Chargebacks

Submitting a false chargeback for a digital product constitutes theft of intellectual property. Yali’s Learning Center will dispute all fraudulent chargebacks and provide:

• Proof of digital delivery

• IP logs

• Transaction records

• Download timestamps

Payment processors may take action against accounts that abuse chargeback systems.
