Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: June 2026 Entity: Yali’s Learning Center LLC Website: www.YalisLearningCenter.com

Yali’s Learning Center LLC is committed to providing an accessible, inclusive, and supportive digital environment for all learners, including individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to ensure that every visitor can access our educational services—USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK tutoring, personalized study calendars, and digital learning resources—without barriers.

We strive to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to maintain ongoing compliance as our website and services evolve.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

We believe that accessibility is an essential part of educational equity. To support this, we work to ensure that our website and digital services are:

  • Perceivable

  • Operable

  • Understandable

  • Robust

These principles guide our design, content creation, and ongoing improvements.

Accessibility Features Implemented

Yali’s Learning Center uses the Wix Accessibility Wizard and additional manual adjustments to support accessibility, including:

  • Clear and consistent heading structure

  • Logical reading order across all pages

  • Alternative text for images

  • High‑contrast color combinations

  • Keyboard‑friendly navigation

  • Screen‑reader compatibility

  • Reduced motion and animation where appropriate

  • Descriptive link text

  • Accessible form labels and input fields

  • Defined site language for assistive technologies

We continuously review new content—such as USMLE Step 1 videos, Step 2 CK resources, and digital study materials—to ensure accessibility remains consistent.

Accessibility of Educational Services

All tutoring services are delivered virtually. To support learners with disabilities, we offer:

  • Flexible pacing during sessions

  • Visual, auditory, and logic‑based teaching methods

  • Closed‑captioned video content (as YouTube channel launches)

  • Written summaries or diagrams upon request

  • Adaptations for ADHD, anxiety, and other learning needs

  • Clear communication and structured study plans

While Yali’s Learning Center is not a medical or psychological service, we are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Ongoing Efforts & Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is not a one‑time project—it is an ongoing responsibility. We regularly:

  • Review new pages and content for accessibility

  • Update features as Wix releases new accessibility tools

  • Monitor compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA

  • Respond to feedback from learners and visitors

  • Improve usability based on evolving best practices

If accessibility barriers are identified, we will work to correct them promptly.

Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some third‑party integrations (such as scheduling tools, embedded videos, or external platforms) may not fully meet WCAG standards. We do not control third‑party updates, but we will assist users in accessing content in alternative formats whenever possible.
