These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Yali’s Learning Center website and all services provided by Yali’s Learning Center LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing this website, booking services, or purchasing any educational product, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.

1. Nature of Services

Yali’s Learning Center provides educational support, including:

  • USMLE Step 1 tutoring

  • USMLE Step 2 CK tutoring

  • Personalized study calendars

  • High‑yield digital resources

  • Virtual 1‑on‑1 learning sessions

  • Academic strategy and exam readiness coaching

All services are delivered digitally. We do not provide medical, clinical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content, sessions, materials, videos, and guidance are intended solely for educational purposes. Nothing provided by Yali’s Learning Center should be interpreted as:

  • medical instruction

  • clinical decision‑making

  • diagnosis or treatment

  • psychological counseling

  • legal or professional certification

You are responsible for your own academic decisions and exam preparation.

3. No Guarantees of Results

While we strive to provide high‑quality educational support, we do not guarantee:

  • a passing score

  • a specific score increase

  • acceptance into any program

  • academic or professional outcomes

Your results depend on your effort, consistency, comprehension, and personal circumstances.

4. Booking, Payments & Packages

​

A. Standard Hourly Sessions

  • Standard rate: $125 per hour

  • Payment is due at the time of booking

  • Sessions are non‑refundable once booked

 

B. Discounted Packages

  • 5‑Session Package: $500

  • 10‑Session Package: $1,000

  • Sessions may be used in any configuration (1‑hour or 2‑hour blocks)

  • Packages are one‑time payments, non‑refundable, and non‑transferable

  • All package hours must be used within 12 months of purchase

 

C. If Yali’s Learning Center Cancels

If we must cancel a session due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

  • a rescheduled session or

  • a refund for the unused time

This is the only circumstance in which refunds are issued.

5. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

  • Sessions may be rescheduled 24 hours in advance

  • Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are counted as completed

  • Repeated last‑minute cancellations may result in discontinuation of services

 

6. User Responsibilities

By using this website or booking services, you agree to:

  • provide accurate information

  • attend scheduled sessions on time

  • use materials for personal educational purposes only

  • refrain from sharing paid content publicly

  • maintain respectful communication

We reserve the right to discontinue services for inappropriate behavior or misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including videos, study materials, graphics, branding, and written content—is the exclusive intellectual property of Yali’s Learning Center LLC.

You may not:
